Refund Policy
A: Cancellation
We offer cancellation with a cancellation fee for all the orders (unless it’s mentioned specifically on product page that it’s not cancellable).
Orders paid via UPI/wallets will attract a cancellation charge of 2%, credit card will be 3% and any other payment method will be 2%.
Once we share a tracking number the order will be considered as shipped. Shipped orders can be cancelled but there will be a cancellation fee.
The total cancellation fee will consist of Forward shipping cost, return shipping cost, fulfilment cost and Payment gateway fee.
Cancellation fee structure incase order is paid via UPI and wallets:
2% amount of order value.
Cancellation fee structure incase order is paid via Credit card:
3% amount of order value.
Cancellation fee structure incase order is paid via any payment method other than UPI/wallets and credit card:
2% amount of order value
Return / Replacement
Unboxing video is necessary in case the user claims ”Used/Damaged/Defective/Different product is delivered.“
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
B1: Return Process
Return/Replacement period is only applicable for first 48 hours after the delivery, if anyone fails to notify us about ”Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered” within 48 hours of delivery then the case will be denied.
Once we receive your complaint about the defect, we will attempt to resolve it as soon as possible, it may take some time depending on the issue.
Refund will be given incase the product is not in stock. (Please read more at Section B5)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will receive a return mailing address and instructions on your registered email address after the return is approved.
B2: Returns with Reason ” Used/Damaged/Defective/Different product is delivered “
Please make sure to make an unboxing video of your order, this will help you and us to initiate any refund/replacement faster.
If you have received ” Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered ” then contact us within 48 hours of delivery and upload your unboxing video on any platform from where we can either view or download your video, once we have received your video we will analyze the footage, the video should be continuous without any cut or pause if we found any editing or tamper with the video then your refund/replacement request will be denied.
Please make sure that you do not use the delivered product and keep it brand new sealed in the original box untill we provide a solution/replacement/refund.
Incase of returned product has signs of usage, refund/replacement request will be denied.
B2.1: Order marked delivered but not received
Incase your order is marked as delivered by courier but you have not received the order, please notify us within 48h, courier provides us 48h time to raise a complaint, incase we don’t receive any complaint about the missing order in 48h time window, we will not be able to do anything about that order.
As per courier, investigation can take up-to 10 business days.
B3: Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/Bank, it takes upto 3-7 Business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

B4: Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
B5: Replacement/Refunds (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged or incorrect items, once your request is accepted please ship the damaged or incorrect item back to us in 2 days, We may also offer a (free return pickup)* if your pincode is serviceable.
Refund will be given incase the returned item is not in stock.
B5.1: Incorrect Product:
After receiving the defective product, we will inspect the product, inspection will take 2 business days.
Incase we found any signs of mishandling or damage caused by customer, we will send back the product after charging the both (to and from) shipping charges.
Incase of Replacement: After the inspection is completed we will ship out the replacement within 2 business days.
Incase of Refund: After the inspection is completed we will initiate the refund within 48h.
B5.2: Damaged:
All our products are insured, Incase any customer claims damaged product is delivered we will raise a concern with the courier partner and it will go through an investigation, we will only provide replacement after investigation is completed from the courier side.
